Organic carrot macerated oil

A carrot is an orange-coloured root vegetable from the Apiaceae family, extremely rich in minerals and vitamins, particularly E, C, K and provitamin A or β-carotene. In cosmetics, carrots are used for their vitamin-boosting and revitalising properties. They also contain a high percentage of carotenoids, molecules which have a remarkable antioxidant effect. The macerated oil is obtained by macerating organic Tuscan Carrots in organic sunflower oil, with its emollient and protective action.
