This honey comes from the Parco di Migliarino San Rossore beach, which is part of a nature reserve on the Tuscan coast. This special honey is particularly valued, also as food. When you open the container, it releases a special fragrance, recalling helichrysum and the plant life of the sandy dunes of our beaches. It isn't as sweet as other types of honey but rather pungent instead.
